What's included in your maintenance plans?

Both plans include WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates, daily backups, security scanning, 24/7 uptime monitoring, and a monthly status report. The Support + Security Plan also includes 1-2 hours of content updates each month.

What happens if I don't use my monthly content hours?

Content hours are reserved for your site each month and refresh at the start of every new month, so they don’t roll over. To make the most of them, send over updates anytime during the month, whether that’s new photos, a text change, or a new blog post. Your updates, backups, and security monitoring continue every month either way.

What if I need more than my plan includes?

Any plan can be customized with additional monthly hours or services to fit your needs. For occasional requests beyond your plan, additional work is billed at Nicole’s hourly rate, and you’ll always get an estimate before larger projects begin.

Can you maintain a website you didn't build?

Yes. Swoon often takes over websites built by other developers or agencies. Nicole will start with a review of your site and handle any urgent fixes before ongoing care begins.

Do you offer maintenance plans for Shopify?

Shopify handles hosting, security, and platform updates for you, so most stores don’t need a monthly plan. Swoon offers on-demand support for theme and app updates, fixes, seasonal changes, and new features whenever you need them.

Do you provide hosting?

Most clients keep their own hosting account so they always own their website, and Nicole will recommend the right host and handle the setup. Managed hosting through Swoon is also available if you’d prefer.

Will I receive reports on my website?

Yes. Plan clients receive a monthly status report covering updates, backups, security scans, and uptime, so you always know your site is healthy.

Is there a contract?

Yes. After reviewing your site together, Nicole will send over a maintenance agreement for your approval, with monthly or yearly options available. It outlines exactly what’s included, so you know what to expect from day one.

Do you work with agencies and creative teams?

Yes. Swoon provides white-label maintenance and support for agencies and creative teams that want reliable care for their clients’ websites.
