What's the investment for a website audit?

Website audits start at $300. Every recommendation in your audit comes with its own quote, so you can see exactly what each fix costs and choose the ones that make the most sense for your goals and budget.

How long does an audit take?

Most audits are completed within 3 business days of kickoff, followed by a walkthrough call to review the findings together.

What platforms do you audit?

Swoon specializes in WordPress and Shopify in-depth audits. If your site is on another platform like Wix or Squarespace, a less detailed audit can still help you decide whether to improve your current site or move to a new one.

Do you need access to my website?

Much of the review can be done from the outside, but admin access allows a deeper look at plugins, settings, and performance. You’ll receive simple instructions for sharing access securely.

Will you fix the issues you find?

If you’d like. With Audit + Optimization, Nicole implements the recommended fixes. You can also take the action plan to your own team. The report is yours to keep either way.

Will an audit improve my Google rankings?

An audit identifies the SEO and performance issues that can hold your site back, and fixing them gives your site a stronger foundation in search. No one can guarantee specific rankings, but addressing these basics is one of the most effective places to start.

Do I have to work with Swoon after the audit?

Not at all. The action plan is yours to use however you’d like. Many clients do choose to have Swoon handle the fixes, or keep their site in great shape with ongoing support.

Do you work with agencies and creative teams?

Yes. Swoon provides white-label website audits for agencies and creative teams that want an expert review for their clients.
