Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Nicole at Swoon Digital Design to bring my website to life was a wonderful experience! I was feeling a bit nervous going into the process, and Nicole explained everything clearly and made the process so easy. She was prompt, responsive, and patient whenever I had a new idea or edit. I felt truly heard by Nicole, and she delivered an even better version of the site that I had envisioned! Nicole takes the time to explain how to navigate the site, and offers ongoing maintenance packages which offer even more peace of mind. I would absolutely work with Nicole for any future projects, and refer her to anyone looking to create a new site, or to refresh their existing one!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a truly wonderful experience designing a new website with Nicole. Throughout the development, she surpassed all my expectations. At every twist and turn of the process, she continued to find new ways to amaze me. Beyond her professionalism and excellence, she was ever patient and sensitive, recognizing that the development of a website is not a business venture; it is the fulfillment of a dream. This was exactly the trait I was looking for in a web designer. I will continue to work with her throughout the months and years ahead.

She was so easy to work with and made the entire process seamless. From answering all our questions to walking us through the process, we couldn't have asked for better communication. She even has checked in with us after the fact even though she had completed the job. LND would HIGHLY recommend Nicole and Swoon Digital Design!
