Discovery
I start by identifying your key business requirements and the problems you’re trying to solve. I will then examine the paths you have already taken to address each problem and develop the best solution. I look closely at who your customers are, defining user profiles to understand the user journey and ensure a comprehensive approach fully.
Design
Once I fully understand your site requirements and personal preferences, I will begin working on the initial design mock-ups of the core pages. In this phase, I will take what’s already great about your brand and translate it into a digital interface that’s beautiful, informative, and intuitive.
Development
Once the designs are approved, I will move into the development phase, where I will complete the full development of your new website in a staging environment. After the majority of the site is developed, we will complete an in-depth review of the site together and make any final touches needed before launch.
Launch
I will schedule a launch date after a final in-depth quality check of your new site and obtaining your final approval. I will complete pre and post-launch checks to ensure your site is fully optimized and all tracking tools are set up. Following the launch, I will schedule your complimentary one-hour tutorial call to review how to make future changes, additions, and edits.

Can I update my website myself once it’s been built?
Yes! I like to offer the ability for my clients to update the website themselves once it is built. All website builds include a one-hour tutorial so I can show you exactly how you can make future website changes moving forward.

What will you need from me to get started on my project?
This is dependent on the website being built and will be discussed during our discovery and kick-off calls, but below, I have listed some of the assets I typically will ask for:
- A high-resolution logo file
- Your branding package (if applicable)
- Images of you and your team
- Staff bios
- Images of your business
- Page and services content
- Your contact email address for forms
- Videos you would like to add to the website
- Login details to your existing website
